I'm not quite sure what to think of this little book. Bob's poems are marvelous - and I appreciate the verses in his music over the years. I buy his songbooks with full lyrics just to read them. The copy of "Hollywood Foto Rhetoric: The Lost Manuscript" I received from a used dealer mystified me. The cover was upside down from the contents - and backwards. Then the cutting of the pages in the front was way off - like the half of the first words were cut off. Who would wish to do this? Unconventional, if intentional, but really a dumb stunt if it was the publishers idea. Oh such were the ways of the 60s I suppose.
